We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

– Items must be in their original, unused condition
– All original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates must be intact
– Products must be free from scratches, dents, or any signs of wear

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect:

– Customized or personalized bangles
– Engraved items with personal inscriptions
– Special occasion sets (unless defective)
– Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

1.3 Exceptions

We will accept returns outside the standard policy if:

– The item has a manufacturing defect
– Wrong product was shipped due to our error
– Item was damaged during transit
