Our journey began in 1823, when Delhi was a living, breathing tehzeeb. In the historic lanes of Ballimaran, nurtured during the Mughal era by Jahanara Begum as a marketplace for suhaag and shringaar, our ancestors from the Manihar community started a small chudi shop.
What began as a humble craft soon grew into a legacy carried through generations. While time, cities, and eras changed, our dedication to the art of bangle-making never did.
For over two centuries, we have created more than just bangles; we have been a part of traditions, celebrations, and memories. Today, our 7th generation continues this legacy at Babu Churi Wala GK, crafting each piece with the same care and devotion rooted in the streets of old Ballimaran.
