1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Standard Return Conditions
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
– Items must be in their original, unused condition
– All original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates must be intact
– Products must be free from scratches, dents, or any signs of wear
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect:
– Customized or personalized bangles
– Engraved items with personal inscriptions
– Special occasion sets (unless defective)
– Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
1.3 Exceptions
We will accept returns outside the standard policy if:
– The item has a manufacturing defect
– Wrong product was shipped due to our error
– Item was damaged during transit
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
– Log into your account on our website
– Navigate to “My Orders” section
– Select the order you wish to return
– Click on “Return Items” and follow the guided process
– Upload photos if required and select your reason for return
Step 2: Return Authorization
– Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
– We will provide detailed return instructions and packaging guidelines
– Please ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the return package
Step 3: Secure Packaging
– Pack items carefully in their original packaging
– Include all accessories, certificates, and documentation
– Use appropriate cushioning to prevent damage during transit
3. Shipping and Handling
3.1 Domestic Returns (India)
– Free return shipping for manufacturing defects or our errors
– Customer bears return shipping costs for change of mind returns
– We recommend using tracked and insured shipping services
3.2 International Returns
– Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
– Items must be declared appropriately for customs clearance
– Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred
3.3 Return Shipping Guidelines
– Use original packaging whenever possible
– Ensure adequate insurance coverage for valuable items
– Retain tracking information and proof of shipment
4. Refund Process
4.1 Processing Timeline
– Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
– Refunds are initiated within 2 business days after processing
– Bank transfer processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase
– For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
– Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount
